At Omegaverse, we pride ourselves on delivering high-precision solutions for
complex manufacturing challenges. Recently, we had the privilege of working with Milkor on a project that truly showcased the power of our cutting-edge capabilities.

We produced a mirrored split pattern of the 7m fuselage, utilizing our Large Scale CNC machine to ensure the highest level of accuracy. Milkor came to us because they needed two perfectly mirrored halves that fit snugly together. With the intricate
geometry of the fuselage, traditional methods simply wouldn’t suffice—our CNC technology was key to achieving the precision and geometry required.

Why choose CNC?

The Large Scale CNC allowed us to create a high degree of symmetry and accuracy, ensuring both halves fit together seamlessly. The complexity of the fuselage shape was perfectly managed, a task that would have been challenging or near impossible with manual methods.
